BWY Unveils Exciting Line-Up of Free Online Events for 2024
Dive deep into yoga’s history, philosophy and practical wisdom with leading experts
In a bid to continue supporting yoga learning during the economic challenges, BWY proudly announces its 2024 programme of free online Members’ Sessions. Following the success of last year’s events, the programme expands its exploration into philosophy and yoga practice, featuring sessions led by renowned yogis and experts.
Join us online via zoom to discover the historical roots of yoga with Dr. Theo Wildcroft. Delve into Buddhist themes in yoga and incorporate practices from the Yoga Sutra in your practice with sessions led by Buddhist Nun, Emma Slade, and author, Roopa Pai. Learn the intricacies of mantra-sādhanā and yin yoga through experiential sessions led by Sanskrit scholar Anuradha Choudray and Norman Blair.
Members can attend for free and these sessions count towards CPD for teaching members. Non-members can also join for £20. Recordings from the events will be available to all in the ‘video library’ in the resources section of the website.
