Share the gift of peace this Christmas
Members from the BWY Scotland community are relaunching the ‘Yoga Stands for Peace’ movement, to spread the message of peace worldwide. Yoga enthusiasts, teachers, and studio owners are invited to join in, fostering unity by taking part in events, sharing information, or organising their own yoga gatherings.
Sanda Cook, BWY Scotland Regional Officer says, “Yoga serves as a powerful tool for fostering inner peace for a more compassionate global outlook. As we unite with fellow yogis worldwide, the collective impact on world peace becomes even more profound and far-reaching.”
The movement spans twelve weeks, symbolizing the giving spirit of the 12 days of Christmas. These events operate on a donation basis, with all proceeds contributing to aid efforts in Israel and Palestine.
