Meet our Recognised Centre Members

TSYP is a yoga training organisation and registered charity dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga. We specialise in training yoga teachers, yoga therapists and Vedic Chant teachers, offering an approach that draws on movement, breathing, meditation, sound and yoga philosophy. TSYP offers a welcoming community for all who wish to explore yoga as a meaningful path to improving wellbeing and quality of life.

Our work is rooted in the teachings of Professor Krishnamacharya, often described as the father of modern yoga and TKV Desikachar. We believe deeply in yoga’s ability to support health, wellbeing and positive change. Our teaching always places the individual at the centre, using the tools of yoga in ways that are practical, supportive and relevant to everyday life.

We offer all levels of training, workshops and events of the highest calibre. Alongside our professional training programmes, we offer a range of activities open to everyone, including free yoga movement classes and Vedic Chant sessions, a series to support mental health and well-being and a programme of guest lectures delivered by eminent international yogis. Where appropriate we also provide financial assistance.

For those wishing to train professionally, both our yoga teacher and yoga therapist training are accredited by external professional organisations.
