BWY Diploma Course Tutors (DCTs) are highly qualified and experienced yoga teachers with many years of experience and additional study. They offer the highest standard of yoga teacher training available in the UK, regulated by BWYQ and approved by Ofqual.
DCTs are based all over the UK and offer their own unique experience in practice and specialist areas of yoga. Finding the right tutor for your yoga teacher training is an important step on your journey to becoming the best teacher you can be.
DCTs who offer yoga teacher training, are not employed by BWY. They offer approved and regulated courses independently, that are overseen by BWY Quality Assurance Officers.
BWY Teachers and Associate Teachers can begin the route to becoming a DCT once they have a minimum of five years teaching experience. The training is delivered by our most senior yoga teacher trainers and can be taken online or in-person.

Courses are offered in Romford, Essex. The course days are in-person but can be recorded. There is an option to participate online if you are unable to attend.
My teaching (and practice) is profoundly influenced by the insights Vanda Scaravelli gave us. I have been taught for over 25 years by her students (Diane Long and the Late Sophy Hoare). This path of yoga is without prescribed boundaries, whereby, the quality of our practice is vital and the cultivation of attention is embedded.
Learning to teach yoga with me will allow you to become familiar, not only with asanas but with the philosophical thought that ensures you will become the yoga teacher you aspire to be.
